DarcyIQ has become the home base for all of our client work. On a recent sales call, I had DarcyIQ generate the discovery questions, record the interview, turn the transcript into a wireframe, and build a branded website live while we were still talking—the client signed on the spot. We have gone from manually delivering SEO and content services to productized, automated offerings, and I would estimate we are still only using about two percent of what DarcyIQ can do for our business.

Executive Summary & Business Challenge
Breaking the link between growth and billable hours
For nearly a decade, Lead Native delivered SEO, content, web, and social media services through deeply manual workflows. Developers built and maintained WordPress sites, keyword research moved between Ahrefs and Yoast, optimization happened page by page, social calendars depended on a third-party platform, and imagery passed through Dropbox folders and stock libraries. Content production alone represented an estimated $300–400 per client each month in manual copywriting effort.
A service model constrained by capacity
Every new client required more hands-on delivery and one-to-one account management, so growth was bounded by team capacity rather than market demand. The tooling stack added fixed costs, including a $332-per-month social scheduling subscription and roughly $500 per month in WordPress hosting. At the same time, competitors began pitching AI-driven workflow services directly to Lead Native’s clients, creating urgency to introduce meaningful automation before someone else did.
From traditional agency to agentic services company
A DarcyIQ proof of concept established the foundation for a broader business redesign on DarcyIQ. The agency productized three automated service lines, reduced delivery costs, rebuilt 20 client websites in about a month, replaced expensive SaaS infrastructure with a lightweight AWS-native platform, and introduced a meeting-to-website workflow capable of converting a live discovery conversation into a branded site experience.
DarcyIQ-Powered Service Transformation
Redesigning the service portfolio with historical data
DarcyIQ was connected to the HubSpot CRM Lead Native had used since 2016. More than 3,713 historical deals were analyzed to identify which services were genuinely profitable and where automation could create the greatest leverage. Those findings shaped a new tiered service model designed around repeatable outcomes rather than manually sold hours.
Three productized service lines
An always-on technical SEO workflow that continuously identifies and prioritizes site improvements.
An on-page SEO content pipeline combining Ahrefs keyword research with agency knowledge and content systems.
A social media asset-management service for scalable media creation, organization, tagging, and delivery.
Meeting-to-website delivery
A custom wireframing skill turns recorded client interviews into structured website wireframes. Discovery questions are generated before the call, the conversation is captured and interpreted, and a branded website can be assembled while the prospect is still engaged. During one live sales call, this workflow moved directly from discovery to a working site and helped close the client on the spot.
DarcyIQ Customer Intelligence also monitors account health and surfaces expansion opportunities across the client roster, helping the agency move from reactive account management to proactive growth.
AWS-Native Platform Architecture
Specialized agents and event-driven AWS services
DarcyIQ’s agent broker architecture routes work across specialized agents, while MCP Studio connects agency systems and tools. A custom AWS-native image and asset platform replaced the previous social scheduling dependency, supporting media delivery and automatic image tagging at a fraction of the recurring cost.
At a 15-client scale, the custom platform runs at approximately $4 per month, replacing a $332-per-month third-party subscription while giving Lead Native direct control over its service infrastructure.
Key Business Outcomes
A scalable, productized agency model
Reduced per-client content delivery cost from $300–400 per month to approximately $125—up to a 65% reduction.
Replaced a $332-per-month social scheduling subscription with an AWS-native platform operating at approximately $4 per month at 15-client scale—a 98% reduction.
Rebuilt 20 client websites in approximately one month during a platform migration and eliminated roughly $1,000 per month in combined hosting and form-builder subscriptions.
Analyzed more than 3,713 historical CRM deals to create a tiered service model, with more than 10 clients queued for the new automated offerings.
Closed a new client during a live sales call using an AI-powered discovery, interview, wireframing, and website-generation workflow.
Lead Native’s transformation shifts the economics of a traditional agency. Work that once scaled linearly with labor can now be delivered through repeatable, agentic workflows and owned cloud infrastructure. The result is a business positioned to grow through productized services, lower delivery costs, faster client outcomes, and proactive account intelligence rather than by simply selling more hours.
